Aero Line DHL-GEL Relationship

On 12th September 2002, Aero Line DHL and GEL signed a Sales Alliance Agreement which came into effect from 1st October 2002 on a principal to principal basis. This alliance was further strengthened in 2005 when GEL (Singapore) Pte. LTD. acquired 81.03% stake in Aero Line DHL and currently holds 75% stake since 23rd November, 2012
